Why your emails never land here

Deliverability
This folder is empty on purpose. Every email we send for a brand is built to land in the inbox, and we treat the spam folder as a result to be managed, not a place to be found.
Deliverability is not a setting. It is the sum of who you send to, how often, and what you say.
What lands email in spam
Inbox providers score the sender, not the send.
Gmail, Apple and Outlook decide where a message lands from the sender’s history: how many people open and reply, how many ignore or delete, how many mark it as spam, how many addresses bounce, and whether the sending domain is properly authenticated. A beautiful campaign to a tired list still ends up here. That is why our work on deliverability starts before the first send.
How we keep email out of spam
Six things we do on every account.
- Authentication first SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and verified on a dedicated sending domain before anything goes out, so every message is provably yours.
- Send to people who want it Campaigns go to an engaged segment, typically everyone active in the last 60 to 90 days, instead of the whole list. Fewer sends, more opens, a better reputation.
- Warm up and stay consistent New domains and new lists ramp up gradually, then keep a steady weekly rhythm. Sudden spikes and long silences both hurt.
- Content that reads like a person wrote it Clear subject lines, no misleading urgency, a text-to-image balance, working links and a claims-aware review so nothing looks like a trap to a filter.
- Clean lists, all the time Hard bounces are suppressed immediately, invalid addresses are caught at the form, and anyone who stops engaging moves into a reactivation series before being retired from campaigns.
- Watch the numbers weekly Spam-complaint rate, bounce rate, open and click trends and Google Postmaster data are reviewed every week, so a dip is caught in days, not quarters.
List health
A list that grows and stays clean.
- Better forms, better subscribers. Popups and sign-up forms are designed to earn addresses that will actually open, with confirmation where the market expects it.
- Sunset before it hurts. Subscribers who stop engaging get a short winback series; if they still do not respond, campaigns stop reaching them and the reputation stays intact.
- Preferences, not unsubscribes. Frequency and topic options keep people on the list who would otherwise leave altogether.
- SMS on the same standard. Consent, quiet hours and opt-out handling are set up to the letter, so the SMS channel stays as clean as email.
